Purchasing and inventory
Is it possible to buy a campervan that's already ready to go?
Yes! We offer a regularly updated inventory of new and used vans . These vehicles are fitted out to our standards and ready to hit the road quickly.
Can I configure my van myself?
Absolutely. With our bespoke configuration service, you choose the platform (Mercedes or Ford), the model (Phenix, Evazion or Champion), the configuration plans, the materials, the design packages and the accessories.
Can I bring my own vehicle to be converted?
Yes, it must be an empty vehicle with the correct interior options. This allows us to ensure rigorous monitoring at every stage.

What models does New West offer?
We offer three models: Phenix , Evazion and Champion , each available in several configurations and on different platforms.
Do you offer any additional accessories or options?
Yes. We offer a wide range of options to personalize your van: solar panels, awnings, bike racks, audio systems, materials, lighting, kitchen accessories, etc.
Each van can be adapted to your lifestyle .
Autonomy and equipment
Are your vans suitable for all four seasons?
Absolutely. All our models are designed for Quebec conditions , with high-performance insulation, independent heating, and durable materials.
What is the range of the vehicles?
Our vans come standard with: a solar panel of at least 200W, a lithium battery of at least 260Ah, 4-season insulation, a 2000W inverter, a water tank of at least 83L, and a dual-energy water heater.
Financing and guarantee
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer financing solutions to facilitate the purchase of your campervan.
You can discuss your options directly with our team.
What guarantee is offered?
Our conversions are covered by a 6-year warranty , in addition to the manufacturer's warranty on the platform (Mercedes or Ford).
Details are available upon request and will be explained when the vehicle is handed over.
